Fred Scott is a Partner at Harrison Moberly, LLP. He limits his practice to Taxation, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Wealth Preservation, and VA Benefits. He has served as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice. A member of the Bar Association in Indiana and Washington, D.C., Fred is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, United States Tax Court for Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Fred is currently the Church Attorney for the Indianapolis Diocese of the Episcopal Church. He has served as a Trustee of the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University, as well as serving as a Trustee at St, Richard’s School in Indianapolis, and the Challenge Foundation Academy Charter School.
